2010/11 Match Reports

13th February   Our first gme was against Coedpoeth and in the first half we went behind twice with two good goals coming from Coedpoeth, but the second half Llay got an early goal from ALice which was taken really well, ur second goal came from a corner which Alis scoring. The mid feild and forwards player well together with again ALice scoring to secure the win in what was our best ame this season.   In our second game against Brickfield we again went 0-1 down with Brickfield playing very good football to come off at half time 1-0 up. In the second half we played better football with Alice scoring to bring the scores level at 1-1.

30th January   In our first game we played Coedpeoth losing 2-1 with our goal coming from Alice. We turned things around in our second game playing really well to win 3-0 with Seren having an outstanding game scoring all 3 Llay goals

14th November - Llay   Our first game was against Brickfield who took a 1-0 lead, the Llay Girls battled hrd and came back to win 4-1 with goals from Elle Dodd and Alis Veale. In our second game were played Coedpoeth who battled really hard to grind out a 0-0 draw, well done to all the girls

17th October - Coedpoeth   In our first match against Coedpoeth and won a hard game 1-0, with a late goal. In our second match against brickfield we came from behind to secure a 2-1 win. We battled hard in both games and deserved the reward of the win.

3rd October - Coedpoeth   Match Postponed - Heavy Rain

19th September - Brickfield   Brickfield 0 - 6 Llay Coedpoeth 0 - 1 Llay   We had our first under 11's Girls Match against Coedpoeth and Brickfield   Llay Started Against Coedpoeth and won 1-0 with Emily Dodd scoring for Llay, everyone played brillantly and worked hard to win.   In our second match we played against Brickfield and won 6-0 with goals Alice O''Shaughnessy, Jessica Mai Barnes and Alis Veale. again everyone worked hard and it is nice to see the players working together.
